• “CommissionBag” / “Platform” – The affiliate subnetwork owned by Commbag Pvt Ltd.
• “User” / “You” – Any publisher, creator, brand, advertiser, or affiliate network using our services.
• “Publishers & Creators” – Individuals or entities promoting offers via CommissionBag.
• “Brands & Advertisers” – Businesses offering affiliate programmes via CommissionBag.
• “Affiliate Networks” – First-party networks connected to CommissionBag (e.g. Awin, Impact, Rakuten).

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• Businesses must be legally registered in their country of operation.
• By signing up, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

3. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate account, payment, and contact details.
• Commbag Pvt Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or incomplete information.
• You are responsible for keeping login details confidential.

4. Use of the Platform

• By using the Platform, you agree:
• To comply with all program terms of brands, advertisers, and affiliate networks.
• Not to engage in fraudulent traffic, bots, spamming, malware, or trademark abuse.
• To comply with all applicable laws, including UK GDPR and data protection rules.
• Not to misuse tracking links or interfere with reporting.

5. Publisher & Creator Obligations

• You may only use approved traffic sources (e.g. organic, social, influencer, or paid traffic where permitted).
• You must not use incentivised clicks, fake leads, or misleading content.
• Payments will only be made for valid, verified transactions.
• Fraudulent activity may result in account termination and withholding of commissions.

6. Brand & Advertiser Obligations

• You must provide accurate program details, commission structures, and promotional rules.
• You must ensure payments and commissions are honoured for valid transactions.
• You may not unfairly cancel commissions without valid reason.

7. Affiliate Network Obligations

• Affiliate networks connected to CommissionBag must ensure transparent and GDPR-compliant tracking.
• Any disputes regarding reporting must be supported with verifiable data.

8. Payments

• Commissions are calculated based on verified conversions reported by connected affiliate networks.
• Payments are made in GBP (or as agreed) through approved payout methods.
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
• Fraudulent or invalid traffic is not payable.
• Payment timelines depend on when brands or networks validate transactions.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

• Commbag Pvt Ltd complies with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.
• All Users must also comply with GDPR when handling personal data.

10. Network Usage & Compliance

• All activity is subject to monitoring by Commbag Pvt Ltd’s compliance team.
• Breaches of these Terms may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
• Serious cases may be reported to affiliate networks, brands, or regulators.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, trademarks, and software on CommissionBag are the property of Commbag Pvt Ltd.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, or misuse platform content without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

• CommissionBag provides services on an “as-is” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free reporting.
• Commbag Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g. loss of revenue).

13. Termination

• You may close your account at any time.
• Commbag Pvt Ltd may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Outstanding valid payments will be made subject to compliance checks.

14. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Any changes will be posted on commissionbag.com.
• Continued use of the Platform after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
